So far, for threeroller mills, I'm leaning towards the Malt Muncher from MoreBeer. Has the 12lb (I think) hopper, and seems to be fairly wellbuilt. Nothing on Amazon compares to it (bought my first mill, the Ferroday cheapie, from there and it lasted less than 2 years). I'm planning to run it with a dedicated variablespeed corded drill.
